For six years, Vertigo Film Fest has been an international short film festival bringing stories from around the world to Milan—offering a space to dream, discuss, share, and connect.
BEYOND THE SCREEN
The stories and messages extend beyond the screen, becoming an interactive part of the festival:
Debates and discussions with the audience. Meetings and conversations with directors and film crews. Thematic exhibitions showcasing works by young artists . Panels and guests offering fresh perspectives, even beyond cinema’s boundaries.
BUT IT ALL STARTS WITH THE SHORT FILMS
The true stars of the festival are the short films, screened over the four days of the event and divided into four categories:
Fiction, Documentary, Animation, and Milano Academy.
The winner of each category will be selected by a jury of industry professionals. Additionally, during the event, attendees will cast their votes to award the Audience Prize.
